Delete Your Elyvia Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Elyvia account and associated personal data at any time. Elyvia gives you two ways to delete your account.

Option 1 — Delete your account in the app

This is the fastest way to delete your account.

1. Open Elyvia and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
3. Confirm your deletion request.

Once confirmed, your Elyvia account and associated cloud data are scheduled for deletion immediately. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have Elyvia installed or cannot access your account, you can request deletion by email.

Email privacy@lumoraamor.com from the email address associated with your Elyvia account.

Use the subject line: Delete my account

For security, we may need to verify that the request came from the account owner before completing deletion. Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your Elyvia account is deleted, we delete your Firebase Authentication account and personal data tied to your account, including:

• Profile and account details, such as name and email address
• Journal entries
• Mood and emotional check-ins
• AI conversation history
• Voice notes
• Sleep logs
• Medication logs
• Therapy notes
• Wellness goals
• Activities and progress tracking
• Emergency contacts
• App preferences

Deleting your account in the app also removes locally stored Elyvia data from your device where supported.

What may be retained

Some limited information may be retained when legally required or when it can no longer identify you.

We may retain:

• Anonymized or aggregated analytics that cannot reasonably identify you
• Subscription, billing, or purchase records required for legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes
• Temporary residual backup copies, which are purged within 30 days

We do not keep personal wellness content after your account deletion is completed unless retention is legally required.

Important note about subscriptions

Deleting your Elyvia account does not automatically cancel an active subscription managed through Google Play or Apple. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription directly through the app store where you subscribed.
